Nori Sesame Chips Recipe
With its relatively neutral taste, nori makes a great beginner's seaweed to introduce into your diet. Nori sheets have exceptional nutritional value, which makes this chip recipe a great alternative to potato chips or other heavily-salted snacks.
4 sheets nori
2 tbsp PRANA organic whole sesame seeds
1 tbsp PRANA organic coconut oil
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 pinch sea salt
Preheat the oven to 150°F (65°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the coconut oil in a double-boiler and stir in the sesame oil.
Place the nori sheets on the prepared baking sheet and cut them to your desired chip size. We suggest cutting the sheets in 4, and then again in 4 within each section.
Using a basting brush dipped in oil, coat the nori sheets evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sea salt.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
