A great quick snack before and after intense physical activity due to their high fibre, potassium, iron and magnesium content, Deglett dates are known to promote muscle regeneration, promote digestive health, act as an anti-inflammatory and reduce blood pressure and stroke risk.
Organic Deglett dates have a chewier, somewhat drier texture than Medjool dates, making them our go-to dates for baking. This succulent fruit can be paired with many different flavours in recipes from around the world. Its delicate, smooth and sweet aroma will definitely make a statement when featured in any dish.

Culinary Uses & Recipes
The Deglett date is super sweet, with a texture that's drier and chewier than the Medjool date. It's a healthy and nutritious snack, perfect for a post-workout bite or curbing sugar cravings. It can also be used as a replacement sweetener in smoothies, and other sweet dishes. Its texture makes it the perfect ingredient for baking, especially to make date squares!
