A delicious, quick and easy dessert that'll impress your guests! Serve with a dollop of our sumptuous coconut whipped cream!

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup PRANA organic raw cacao powder
  • ¼ cup PRANA organic coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup cacao butter, melted 
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
  2. Pour into a glass bowl with a tight-fitting lid. 
  3. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until it reaches a creamy ‘’mousse’’ quality. To make "ice cream '', put the mousse in the freezer overnight.
  4. Serve in a bowl or cup and top with a generous dollop of our coconut whipped cream. Garnish with fresh fruit such as cherries or raspberries.
