  • ½ cup Brazil nut & pumpkin seed milk or almond milk
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 fresh or frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp PRANA organic whole black ProactivChia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 heaping tbsp lucuma powder
