Almonds can be substituted with any nut and you can throw in your favourite dried fruits to switch up this recipe.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a double-boiler and stir to combine.
Put the almonds in a bowl. Pour the melted chocolate over the almonds and mix until completely coated.
Spoon small clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle sea salt on top.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
