This chia pudding recipe is perfect for breakfast/brunch, as a snack or to impress your guests! It’s healthy, low in fat and almost too pretty to eat!

Ingredients

Chia Puddings

    White layer:

    • 4 tbsp PRANA organic whole chia seeds
    • 1 cup plant-based milk
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

        Pink layer:

        • 4 tbsp PRANA organic whole chia seeds
        • 1 cup plant-based milk
        • 1 tbsp maple syrup
        • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
        • 1 tsp pitaya powder (or other natural pink dye such as beet powder)

            Smoothie

              • 1 1/2 cup frozen bananas
              • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
              • 2 tbsp plant-based milk
              • 2 tsp pitaya powder

              Preparation

              Chia Puddings

                • Place all white layer ingredients together in one bowl and all pink layer ingredients together in a separate bowl. 
                • Mix well, cover and refrigerate one hour (or overnight).

                    Smoothie

                      1. Put all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
                      2. To assemble, first pour a layer of white chia pudding, then pour a layer of pink pudding and top with a layer of smoothie. Garnish with fresh fruit of your choice.
