Mango-strawberry popsicles with coconut chips

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups mango chunks (about 3 large mangos)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup strawberries
- 3/4 cup PRANA organic coconut strips
Preparation
- Put the mango chunks in the bowl of your food processor and mix until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if it's too thick. Put a few coconut chips in the bottom of your popsicle molds and pour the puréed mango over it.
- Rinse the bowl of your food processor and mix the coconut milk, maple syrup and strawberries together.
- Pour the second mixture on top of the mango layer and freeze for 5 hours.
