Nori Sesame Chips Recipe

With its relatively neutral taste, nori makes a great beginner's seaweed to introduce into your diet. Nori sheets have exceptional nutritional value, which makes this chip recipe a great alternative to potato chips or other heavily-salted snacks.
Ingredients
- 4 sheets nori
- 2 tbsp PRANA organic whole sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp PRANA organic coconut oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 150°F (65°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the coconut oil in a double-boiler and stir in the sesame oil.
- Place the nori sheets on the prepared baking sheet and cut them to your desired chip size. We suggest cutting the sheets in 4, and then again in 4 within each section.
- Using a basting brush dipped in oil, coat the nori sheets evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sea salt.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
