Vegan Dark Chocolate Crunch

Who can resist velvety taste of 70% dark chocolate topped with nuts, seeds, or dried fruit? Try one of our healthy light bark variations below or experiment with your own favorite ingredients.


  • 1 cup chocolate chunks 70% cacao
  • 1 cup millet puffs
  • ½ cup cranberries
  • ½ cup PRANA organic raw European almonds
  • ½ cup PRANA orgnic raw European pumpkin seeds
  • coconut for decoration


  1. Chop nuts and mix in a bowl with dried fruits and shredded coconut.
  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler, stirring constantly until all the chocolate has melted. Remove from heat.
  3. Add millet puffs or any other puffed cereal and mix until they are covered.
  4. On a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, spread small quantities of the chocolate puff mixture. Sprinkle with the fruit and nut mix and let stand at room temperature for approximately 1 hour.

PRESERVATION: Can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature.

VARIATION: Substitute almonds, cranberries and pumpkin seeds with goldenberries and mango for an exotic flavour or with goji berries and raw pistachios for a colourful and flavourful mix.
