Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp PRANA organic raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp PRANA organic shelled hemp seeds, for garnish
- 2 tbsp PRANA organic raw European almonds, for garnish
- 2 tbsp PRANA organic goji berries, for garnish
- Some slices of banana, for garnish
Preparation
- In a blender, mix together the avocado, banana, cacao and maple syrup until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with nuts, banana slices and superfoods of your choice (goji berries, chia..)
