Nutritious Breakfast Smoothie
We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. What better way to kick it off than with a nutritious smoothie! The harmonious blend of kale, bananas, blueberries, chia, flax seeds and more make this smoothie as refreshing as it is nutritious.
- 1 ½ cup wild blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 ½ banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp raw maca powder
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp PRANA organic whole black Proactivchia seeds
- 1 leaf kale
- 1 Medjool date
- Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
