Beet, Raspberry and Hemp Smoothie

With its bright pink colour, this smoothie is as delicious as it looks. Hemp seeds are a great source of protein and blending them up in a smoothie is a great way to get your daily fix.
Ingredients
- 1 beet
- 2 cups filtered water
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 ½ cup raspberries
- ½ lemon, juice of
- ¼ avocado
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- Fresh ginger, to taste
Preparation
- Peel and cut the beet into small pieces (or grate). *We recommend wearing gloves to avoid staining your hands.
- Grate the ginger and remove the pits from the dates.
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
