Almonds can be substituted with any nut and you can throw in your favorite dried fruits to switch up this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 tsp sea salt
Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a double-boiler and stir to combine.
- Put the almonds in a bowl. Pour the melted chocolate over the almonds and mix until completely coated.
- Spoon small clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
