Flax and Chia Seed Crackers

A healthy and nutritious alternative to store-bought crackers!
Ingredients
- 1 cup ground flax seeds
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- ¼ cup PRANA organic whole black chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp dried herbs of your choice
- Sea salt, to taste
- Ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
- Add water and mix quickly.
- Using a spatula, spread mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. The dough should be approximately ½ cm thick.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and, using a knife, cut into squares or triangles. Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, flip the crackers and bake for 15 minutes more or until you reach your desired shade of golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely.
