- 1 cup chickpeas
- ¼ cup PRANA organic hemp seeds
- 1 small zucchini
- 3 to 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch of cumin seeds
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
- Place all ingredients in a food processor with an S blade.
- Blend until smooth.
