Look no further for a healthy hummus recipe; this one is loaded with protein and omega-3 with the help of hemp seeds. Enjoy with your favorite raw veggies or pita!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • ¼ cup PRANA organic hemp seeds
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 3 to 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of cumin seeds
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor with an S blade.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or serve immediately with raw veggies or pita chips.
