Delicious cookies - made them twice. Very chunky - which makes it hard to stick together prior to baking. If left to 'sit' awhile on baking tray it seemed to help them stick together (as well as adding a little water, some oat flour and a tad more coconut oil). They are chunky, sweet, chewy, as well as satisfying a chocolate yearning. Love them!
