  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp raw maca powder
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp PRANA organic whole black Proactivchia seeds
  • 1 leaf kale
  • Medjool date
