Olympic Smoothie

This smoothie is a great start to your athletic day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 handful ice
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp white mulberries
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp lucuma powder
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Rehydrate goji berries by soaking them in a bowl of water for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a blender on high speed. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
