Raw 4-Spice Carrot Cream Soup

A spicy raw soup in no time!
Ingredients
- 4 large carrots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 apple
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tsp spices of your choice (curry, cumin, pepper, ginger, cayenne)
- 1/4 cup wheat-free tamari sauce
- 3 cups hot, but not boiling water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp cold-pressed chia oil
- fresh coriander, for garnish
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to your blender except the olive oil and chia. Blend until smooth.
- Once the mixture is smooth, drizzle in the oil with the blender still running to create an emulsion.
- Pour the raw carrot soup into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
