Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brazil Nuts
  • 1 tsp garlic clove(s), minced
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until the contents are fluffy.
  2. Sprinkle onto your salad, quinoa, couscous, grilled vegetables and more and get your daily dose of selenium!
