A healthy smoothie chock-full of nutritious ingredients is exactly what you need to kickstart your day. The flavour of apricots & macadamia make it a delight to drink, while the hemp seeds and acai powder make it extra-nutritious.

Ingredients

  • ½ banana
  • 1 tsp raw açai powder
  • ½ cup goldenberries
  • 5 rehydrated apricots
  • ¼ cup macadamia nuts or non-roasted cashews
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tbsp hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix on high speed. Reduce or increase the amount of water to adjust the thickness of your smoothie according to your preference. Enjoy!
