Made in just 10 minutes, this recipe of chocolate & granolove snacks is deliciously crunchy and super gourmet.
Ingredients

⅔ cup dark chocolate
1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil (deodorized or not)

½ cup Granolove Gourmet Almond Butter Crunch
¼ cup frozen blueberries

3 tbsp almond butter
Directions
- Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a double boiler. The oil serves to liquefy the chocolate, making it easier to use.
- Meanwhile, line a small rectangular dish with baking paper.
- Pour about ⅔ of the melted chocolate into the bottom of the dish to form the base.
- Sprinkle with granola and frozen blueberries.
- Add touches of almond butter throughout.
Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the top, ensuring it is fully enrobed and sealed with a generous layer of chocolate.
- Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Remove snack from pan and baking paper.
- Cut into 4 or 5 slices.
Eat immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days. The granola will remain crunchy even when refrigerated.
