Yep, you saw it right. The Peas&Favas mix is part of our new non-organic certified product line. 

First thing first, let us be clear. We are still big supporters of organic practices and organic products. Since the C19 pandemic and the following financial turmoil, we experienced a shift in the commitment of Canadians to support organic products through their purchases.

We are big believers that Canadians should have access to great healthy foods at affordable prices even at times of financial difficulty.  Therefore, this product was created as part of an effort to make high quality food more accessible. This new nutritious mix is carefully made no-nonsense ingredients.

That being said, our commitment to organic and responsible sourcing is still very strong.  As such, Prana remains a vegan company, with all its products certified GMO-free, fairtrade where possible, and primarily organic.

Ingredients: 

Coated green peas (green peas, pregelatinized corn starch, sunflower seed oil, sugar, salt, sriracha seasoning, garlic powder, maltodextrin, paprika extract, chilli powder, citric acid, onion powder, ginger powder), Edamames [edamames (soya), salt, sunflower seed oil, baking soda], Coated fava beans (fava beans, corn starch, sunflower seed oil, sugar, sriracha seasoning, garlic powder, maltodextrin, salt, paprika extract , chilli powder, citric acid, onion powder, ginger powder), Pumpkin seeds, Almonds, Sea salt.

May contain: Brazil nuts, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Pecans, Pistachios, Walnuts, Sesame, Peanuts.

Caution: Natural products may contain pits, shells, stems and other fragments.

Where do you ship?

We only ship to Canada.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes! We deliver to PO boxes with Canada Post.

Fedex does not ship to PO boxes, please make sure to select a Canada Post service.

What are the delays of delivery? 

Our current delays can vary from 2-4 business days. During sales events, these delays can be extended as the volume of orders received is higher, but our team makes sure to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

What shipping options do you offer and how much does it cost?

The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of your order, the destination, and the service you select. To know the cost, please add the items into your basket, open your basket by clicking on the icon at the top right. You will find the Estimate shipping tool at the bottom of the page. You can enter your postal code and click on “Check Shipping”.

All shipping fees are taxable.

Canada Post:

We offer free shipping with Canada Post Expedited. Shipping is free for orders of $59 and more for Quebec and Ontario and $100 and more for the rest of Canada (before taxes and after promotions) for most regions in Canada. The postal codes starting as follows are excluded from free shipping: T0H, T0P, V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, V0T, V0V, R0B, R0C, A0K, A0P, X0A, X0B, X0X, X0E, Y0B, S0J, G0G,J0M, P0L, P0T, P0V.
 
 For some regions we also offer Canada Post Xpresspost, but this service does not fall under our free shipping policy.

Fedex:

RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

You can return an item within seven (7) days of receiving your order. The product must not have been opened. Please contact customer service at service@pranaorganic.ca with your order number to submit a refund request. Please note we only refund and do not exchange.

After the initial 7-day period, NO RETURNS and NO REIMBURSEMENT will be accepted on any of our products. Since we have no way of knowing what someone does with the product once it’s out of our hands, we cannot accept returns after the alloted period. If you have any issues or concerns regarding a product, please email or contact us by phone and we will gladly answer any inquiries you may have.
